As we enter our 5th Season, we are extremely proud and grateful to all the teams, coaches, and parents that have helped us grow into what we are today. As a 501(c)3, the Borough Cup is solely for the benefit of NYC Youths, and seeing the excitement in the kids eyes at Yankee Stadium and MCU Park inspires us every offseason to continue to better the event.
Speaking of the Yankees and Cyclones, we are forever grateful for their support, and are excited to announce our Championship Dates for 2018! Things will kick off with the U13 & U14 Championship Games at Yankees Stadium on August 8th, followed by the U8 through U12 games at MCU Park on August 13th (Rain Date- August 14th).
To expand our efforts, there is one change that we must make to the platform though, and that is a price increase. We created the original pricing structure in attempt to provide an unrivaled opportunity in the world of youth baseball. Since then, we have done numerous things to continue to improve this experience, from increasing umpire rates to attract higher quality officials to expanding our online content. However, in order to continue to provide all of these services, it has become clear that we must make a corresponding move to cover the expenses we’ve incurred. As such, the prices for this year are as follows:
U8-U12= $500 (Early Bird-Paid in Full By 3/21)
$600 (Full Price)
U13-U14=$600 (Early Bird- Paid in Full By 3/21)
$700 (Full Price)
**Multi-Team Discounts For Hosts Only. Prices Will Depend On Field Availability/Quality**
To lock your teams in at the best price, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 718-662-6539. Given the dates for the finals, we expect a similar timeline as last year, with the tournament beginning during the second week in July and lasting through the middle of August. As always, additional information can be found on our Website (www.boroughcup.com) and Social Media Accounts (Facebook, Twitters, Instagram).
Thank you all for your continued support and let’s go #GetThatCup!
